Labuan Bajo Seaplane Disclaimer
This page is informational, dated as of September 2026, and subject to change without notice. Labuan Bajo Seaplane is an independent coordination desk operated by Juara Holding Group. We do not fly aircraft, hold no Air Operator Certificate, and are not affiliated with Komodo Airport, any resort, any national park authority or any named seaplane operator. Every schedule, water landing, fare and route must be confirmed in writing by the licensed operator before you rely on it.
What Is This Disclaimer For?
Every page on labuanbajoseaplane.com — including route guides, resort-transfer explainers, season notes and pricing structure pages — is written to help travelers plan a seaplane connection to and from Labuan Bajo. None of it is a contract, a confirmed booking or a guarantee of service. Treat it as a starting point for a conversation with our desk, not as the final word on what will happen on your travel date.
Content is reviewed periodically, but aviation schedules, airport works and government rules change faster than a website can. Where this site states a fact — a flight duration, an airport development timeline, a visa rule — it is dated in the text itself. If you read an undated figure anywhere on this domain, ask us to reconfirm it before you act on it.
Who Operates Labuan Bajo Seaplane, and What Are We (and Aren’t)?
Juara Holding Group, established 2015, runs labuanbajoseaplane.com as an independent broker and coordination desk. We arrange seaplane charter, scenic flights and resort or phinisi rendezvous logistics by working with licensed Indonesian aviation operators, resorts and boat operators. The table below sets the boundary plainly.
| We are | We are not |
|---|---|
| An independent concierge and booking coordination desk | An aircraft operator or holder of an Air Operator Certificate |
| A point of contact that gathers your requirements and requests quotes | Komodo Airport (LBJ), its PPP consortium, or any government tourism authority |
| A connector to licensed pilots, resorts and phinisi crews | An employee, agent or official partner of Ayana Komodo, Plataran, Ta’aktana, Sudamala or any other named resort |
| Responsible for accurate, dated information and honest quoting | A licensed financial, tax, legal or immigration adviser |
Where a price, schedule or landing site is not yet confirmed by the operator, we say so rather than presenting a guess as fact.
How Current Is the Information on This Site?
Route and airport facts on this site are dated to the source and month cited in the copy — for example, a 17 September 2026 report on airport and marina operating status, or a 2026 reconfirmation of the 25-year Komodo Airport public-private partnership. Runway length, terminal phase completion and any “in service” description reflect the most recent public reporting we had at time of writing, not a live feed from the airport operator. Phase 2 works, wide-body runway extensions and any timeline beyond what is publicly confirmed are described as goals or discussions, never as completed facts.
Seasonal guidance (dry season roughly April/May–October/November, wet season roughly November/December–March) is a general pattern, not a forecast for your specific travel date. Sea state, wind and visibility are assessed by the operator on the day, and a smoother morning window is typical rather than assured.
Can We Guarantee Flight Schedules, Water Landings or Wildlife Sightings?
No. A seaplane’s ability to land beside a resort, a vessel or inside Komodo National Park waters depends on the pilot-in-command’s assessment, sea state, weather and, inside protected waters, park authority approval on the day of flight. We cannot promise a landing point, a takeoff time or a specific aircraft in advance of the operator’s written confirmation.
The same applies to feeder-flight connection times through Komodo Airport (LBJ) — Jakarta, Bali, Surabaya and other domestic routings change with airline scheduling, and any duration quoted on this site (for example, roughly 1h10 from Bali) is an approximate, dated figure, not a live timetable. Always check the airline’s own schedule before booking onward connections.
How Are Prices, Routes and Timings Determined?
This site does not publish a seaplane fare table, because no verified public tariff exists for Labuan Bajo seaplane routes as of September 2026. What we can tell you honestly:
- Shared-sector seats are typically priced per seat; private charters are typically priced per flight.
- Sector length in minutes, landing point, cabin capacity (single-engine amphibious types commonly seat up to about eight passengers) and baggage allowance (commonly in the 15–20 kg per person range) all affect price and must be confirmed on your specific quote.
- High-season periods (July–August, Christmas–New Year) and last-minute requests typically carry a premium — the exact amount is set by the operator, not by us.
- Every figure we send you is quoted in writing by the licensed operator, as of 2026, and subject to change.
We do not invent altitudes, jetty specifications or aviation regulation numbers, and we will tell you plainly when something is “confirm on quote” rather than a fixed fact.
Do We Use Resort and Park Names With Permission?
Names such as AYANA Komodo, Plataran Komodo, Ta’aktana, Sudamala and Komodo National Park appear on this site descriptively, to explain geography and travel logistics, not to claim partnership, endorsement or affiliation. Water arrivals near Waecicu-coast resorts are described as an experience or onward option rather than a necessity, since those properties sit a short drive from Komodo Airport. Any resort water-landing arrangement is subject to that resort’s own approval process, which we do not control.
How Do We Handle Your Personal Data?
When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we collect only what you send us — name, contact details, travel dates and trip preferences — to prepare a quote and coordinate your request with operators. We process this in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022, PDP Law), which governs how personal data is collected, stored and shared inside Indonesia.
If you are contacting us from the European Union, United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with its own data protection regime (such as the GDPR), we handle your data with the same care: we do not sell it, we share it only with the specific operator, resort or boat crew needed to fulfil your request, and you may ask us at any time what data we hold and request it be deleted, subject to records we must keep for booking or legal purposes. Data is not used for purposes beyond arranging and following up on your trip unless you separately opt in.
Is This Legal, Visa or Insurance Advice?
No. Visa classifications, e-visa processing, pre-arrival registration and entry rules for Indonesia changed materially in 2025–2026, including Immigration Regulation 10/2026 (July 2026) expanding visa-free entry to several new countries and revoking the prior list. These rules are dated, jurisdiction-specific and subject to further change; nothing on this site is legal, immigration, tax or insurance advice. Confirm your entry requirements with Indonesian immigration or a licensed visa agent before travel, and arrange your own travel and aviation insurance — we do not provide or arrange insurance coverage.
What Are the Booking and Liability Terms?
No booking is confirmed until the licensed operator issues written confirmation and, where applicable, receives payment on their own terms. Juara Holding Group’s role ends at coordination: we are not liable for delays, cancellations, weather diversions, missed connections or changes made by the airport, airline, seaplane operator, resort or park authority. Any dispute over an actual flight, landing or booking is between you and the licensed operator or service provider who performed it.
